For boosts, inspiration and calm

Do you ever find that you could use a boost of something that can quickly lift flagging spirits or help you get back into a calmer or more positive frame of mind? 

If you do, I have good news. 🤩

This morning, during my walk, I was wondering what I could send you that would help with your creative adventures. 

As I was walking, I was practicing one of my favourite go-to remedies for accessing answers and restoring calm

So, of course, the perfect answer arrived. 

And the unmistakable nudge was to share with you the very practice that I was using. 🌟

It’s a technique I share in Week 4 of Hello Flow, and for the next day or so, I’ve unlocked that module, so you can access the lesson and find out more about this potent practice.
